There is a strange kind of tiredness that comes from knocking on the same door for too long.
You knock with prayer.
You knock with effort.
You knock with hope.
And after a while, even faith starts sounding like, God, are You there?
I think of Joseph forgotten in a prison cell, while somewhere outside, life kept moving without him.
I think of Hannah, who carried a prayer for so long that even her tears had become familiar.
I think of Elijah, who reached a point where he simply wanted to lie down.
None of them knew how close they were to a different chapter.
Maybe you don't either.
So perhaps the unanswered prayer isn't proof that God has forgotten you. Perhaps the silence is simply not the ending.
Some things need time underground before they know how to bloom.
And maybe, for now, you don't need another motivational speech.
Maybe you just need to know:
God is still writing.
Let Him.
